Valo

The delicate yellow berry wine made from white currants and flavourful gooseberries is crisp, berried, and suitably acidic. It has an aromatic and fruity fragrance. Goes well with e.g. shellfish, cheese-topped vegetables, mushroom tarts and low-to-medium fat fish (such as perch or whitefish).

Serving temperature 12–14°C.

Tannin-free. Contains sulphites.
